GED/State of Illinois High School Diploma
The Illinois Community College Board tests that meet the high school equivalency requirements include General Education Development (GED), High School Equivalency Test (HiSET) and Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC). Illinois State law also requires taking and passing an Illinois State Constitution test in order to receive a State of Illinois High School Diploma.
Completed records for Iroquois and Kankakee Counties are kept at the I-KAN Regional Office of Education. A High School Equivalency transcript or diploma may be requested and picked up in person at the I-KAN ROE office, 1 Stuart Dr., Kankakee, IL.
Fill out the request form online and submit payment electronically. By choosing this option, fill out the form in its entirety. A separate email will be sent to you with a link to submit payment. With this online option, your transcript, diploma or both will be mailed to you or mailed to a third party (such as a college or employer). The cost for a transcript or diploma is $10 each, a $1 fee is added for mailing and a $2 fee is added when paying by credit card.
